who else here has one?

The only Pollyanna i know is the movie with Hayley Mills.

Sadly, I know a lot of anti-Pollyannas. Every time I hope and wish for something, somebody always says, 'Don't get your hopes up.'

When I was younger I was a Pollyanna but sadly the older and wiser I get the more cynical I have become.:(

I wasn't sure so I looked it up:

Pollyanna: a person characterized by irrepressible optimism and a tendency to find good in everything.
