If you go down four posts before this thread, you will find one started by me called "The End of the War". This was a commemoration post for a previous thread that I did called "A Split Personality". For those of you who have not read it, the main theme of this thread was a "Flintstone" episode. You see, there was one line of a first-season episode of the "Flintstones" that reminded me of an incident in a third-season episode of "Gimme a Break!". When I posted my "End of the War" thread, my "Split Personality" thread had forty-five views and zero replies. I decided to commemorate this reality by writing about the fact that, in 1945, World War II came to an end. Well, at this stage in the game, my "Split Personality" thread is still stagnating at forty-five views. In between the time that I posted these threads and the present moment, I realized that another event of significant also happened in 1945. The event that I am writing about is the publication of George Orwell's "Animal Farm"! My guess would be that a lot of you have probably had to read this for school at one point or another. I thought that it was a great book! Now, before signing off, I would like to mention something about the second incarnation of the movie that came out in 1999. You see, the voice of one of the Animals was done by Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Those of you who have read some of my previous threads know how crazy I am about Lauri Hendler who played Julie from "Gimme a Break!"! I grew up having a huge crush on her! Well, Julia Louis-Dreyfus is another babe that can really make me drool!
