Got an email (and a Facebook post) from the people who made Kukla, Fran and Ollie: The First Episodes that volume 2 is coming out this week. I bought volume 1 last summer and now I'm totally in love with this show.
Facebook announcement:
Apparently there is no pre-purchase, but the Amazon.com page is up [...]. This DVD was transferred directly from the 16mm kinescopes. It's 22 episodes, plus some of the 5 minute shows from 1961 as extras.

edit @ 12/16: And now I guess I get to explain why the order button didn't pop up on schedule at Amazon. The producers of the set told us that the DVD shipment has arrived at Amazon central and it's just a matter of scanning it into the system. The waiting is always the hardest part.
