WOW!

It seemed like H-B was doing fine during the 60's. It seemed that H-B went from the anatomically correct animals to the superhumans at that point...and by that time, they'd leave Columbia.

I loved Space Ghost! It was just sad but funny how he was reduced to hosting a late night talk show.

When Space Ghost came out it started H-B's short-lived late '60s period of other serious super-hero shows including the likes of The Herculoids (in which Space Ghost made a cameo appearance on one episode), Birdman and Galaxy Trio and even their own version of The Fantastic Four among other serious superhero series

Also 30 years ago, Space Ghost along w/ the Herculoids returned as part of H-B's space Stars series, in which it debuted the same day as the wildly popular Smurfs and became the 1st H-B show to air alongside The Smurfs on NBC's Saturday Morning line-up.

Let's Not Forget he was the host of Cartoon Planet which aired on Cartoon Network and TBS during the mid-90's and I LOVED IT

and yes, Space Ghost Coast to Coast was sad and personally, I never cared for it myself

But also, during the 66/67 Season

NBC was back w/a NEW Season of the following shows:

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Starring Famed Actors Robert Vaughn and David McCallum of NCIS Fame was back for its 3rd Season
I Spy Starring the late Robert Culp and Bill Cosby was back for its 2nd Season
I Dream of Jeannie Starring Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman of Dallas Fame was also back for its 2nd Season
BONANZA Starring the late Lorne Greene, the late Dan Blocker and the late Michael Landon, Sr. was back for its 8th Season

CBS was also back w/a Brand New Season of the following shows:

The Andy Griffith Show was back for its 7th Season
GUNSMOKE Starring the late James Arness was back for its 12th Straight Season
