Ever throw-out your back? Because I did today when I was about ready to leave to my church so I could get it set for church tomorrow. And It Hurt VERY bad! I tried to make it easy on myself, then the associate pastor HAD a lot of nerve to tell me that there weren't enough chairs at the church though I got all the nice chairs!
Then someone told me to call-off sick this week. I'm STILL mad at my associate pastor!

I've had back problens since the early 90's. It's no picnic. :( Over the summer my back was out practically 2 months. I could hardly walk. I hope you feel better soon.

6 years ago on Christmas Daymy back spasmed while making the bed . Luckily it settled down so that I could function the rest of the day. Then about a year later my back did it again while getting out of bed. I cried out and my husband managed to get me up on my feet. It was awful! He got me to my doctor and she prescribed Vicodin which helped a little but I ended up getting cortazone shots. That knocked it completely out! What a relief! I haven't had a serious attack since. Mine is caused by arthritis in the lower back. So in the future I will probably have problems.:(

Yes. A few years ago I was cleaning my room and I lifted up a heavy DVD rack with the stuff still on it and afterwards felt a sharp pain in my back and then fell back into my computer chair where I found myself unable to move from. I called my mom three times and for the longest time couldn't hold of her and finally I tried one more time and got through, told her the situation and she when she got home she helped me out of the chair and stretched me out the couch. It hurt so bad a tear rolled down my cheek.
