Hi, I need some help finding a specific episode and google didn't work :P

All I remember is that Mike and Paul is sitting at a bar (I think) and they are talking about something and mike notices that Paul touches his face when he is lying.

I only remember some of the dialogue:

Mike "you have a tell..."
Paul "oh my god... oh my god... (touching his face) I touch my face when I lie... oh my god!"

I really hope someone can tell me what episode this is.
