On various occasions, I have mentioned how, every time I hear the word disgusting, it always takes me back to what Julie said about Katie's behavior in the fourth season episode "Samantha's Protest". It was the word that she used to describe the way that Katie positioned her arms, her bosoms and her crotch in an attempt to flurt with the handsome male protester that she liked! I was fourteen years old when it first aired and I was very filled up by Julie's sense of decency and sophistication! By this stage in the game, I already had a major crush on the character of Julie! In any event, unless you count times that I tried to stimulate some conversation by bringing old threads on this topic to the top of the page, my last mention of this was in my post titled "A Split Personality". This was about a time when the word disgusting was used on a "Flintstones" episode. That thread managed to generate some views but no replies. In any event, less than an hour ago, I was over on You Tube watching a seventh-season episode of "Facts of Life". It was called the "Reunion" and it was about the class reunion of the character of George. As a result of a misunderstanding, both Jo and Blair pretended to be George's date for the reunion. When it got revealed that Jo was wearing one of Blair's dresses, a girl named Belinda asked them if they knew each other. One of the girls said that they were roommates. Belinda said "that's desgusting"! As soon as she said the word, my mind zoomed right back to the sight of Julie grabbing one of Katie's arms and spinning her around so that her body was facing in the same direction as the bodies of all of the other protesters! You are the best Julie Kinisky!
