I know there was a nationwide vote if viewers wanted to see them get together. I am just not sure what the vote ended up being?

The way the voting went determined what happened on the show. The fist clue was a scene where they were showing various couples in bed and one of them was Ned and Edna. At the end of the premier episode they had a little scene where they thanked everyone for participating in the vote.

On the other hand, if you mean what the percentages were, beyond being more "yes" votes, well, I can't seem to find that.

Various sites ran their own polls with pro Nedna getting about 60-65% but the official poll numbers don't seem to appear any where.
