Confused? Well so am I? I had read an interview with Seth MacFarlane that American Dad every Christmas from here on out would have a battle between Santa and Stan Smith and his family.
In case you don't know what I am talking about, last year's episode started the war between the Smith family and the North Pole...
Stan gives Steve a gun for Christmas, even though Francine warns him that Steve is too young. As usual, Stan ignores her, and when Steve accidentally shoots Santa Claus, he sends the North Pole into a tizzy and jeopardizes Christmas. During this, Stan still refuses to consider Jeff a member of his family. When Santa and his elves attack the Smiths, Jeff saves Stan. Eventually, Santa withdraws and promises to finish them off next year, making this the Smiths' new Christmas tradition.
