Or should we just take a wait and see approach?

I be able to answer this question better by February. The way the show is going now I'm not sure if the ratings will be good. It just seems like one stupid episode after another so I don't feel that a lot of viewers will be around for the last 2 months of the season.

It's getting too stupid. Andy is too goofy for a regional manager, and the storylines are non-office related. Now we are supposed to see Mr. california's wife? For what?

Did we see any of Michael Scott's personal life away from the office?

Hell No, Michael was always at the office or going to corporate headquarters.

To be fair, Robert California's wife is trying to get a job at Dunder/Mifflin. So it's not like we're going to their home to see her.

I think the show should come back for at least one more season. I still enjoy the show.

Ratings-wise, I think the show will come back. It may be a lower rated then it once was but from my understanding, it's still a ratings hit for NBC.

How is the show even in the top 30?

Seeing as every message board I go to everyone hates the current season, I don't know. I guess they all watch regardless. I still like the show as I mentioned and it's those people with the ratings box who keep watching the show even though they don't like it anymore thats keeping it on the air.

I also like Community and Parks & Recreation from NBC. So basically, I watch their Thursday lineup each week minus Whitney.
