Earlier this year a forum member on Websleuths had recognized a composite drawing of a Jane Doe found in British Columbia back in 1995 as possibly being the missing Montana woman. This was back in March and I'm wondering if there is any new news on the progression of this lead in the case. :thought:

I'm the one who discovered the thread about this on Websleuths and posted here about it. I frequently check back on Websleuths to see if there's been any updates, but unfortunately, there hasn't been anything. The person who originally submitted this tip to LE claims they've never heard back from the detective.

BTW, they've since created a Doe Network profile for the B.C. Jane Doe and even though all they found was a partial skull, I'm still struck by the resemblance between Patricia and the composite sketch.

Thanks for all this info. I heard that it may take several months to ID the skull. I hope that next year maybe will be the year we finally get some answers about Patricia Meehan, if in fact it is her skull.

It'll be interesting to see if it's her or not! Sad if it is, and if it's not, the mystery continues.

Just looked at the link, and I tend to agree, it does bear a certain resemblance. I hope we hear about it either way soon.
