Does anyone know who the guy was who always came through Martin's apartment window?

He would always come through the window to raid the fridge for something to eat, to use the bathroom and to "borrow" some of Martin's clothes.

He would always say something like; "I guess I shouldn't have done that.", "I guess I shouldn't have eaten that.", "I guess I should've asked you first". or "I guess this is YOUR robe or sweater"

He was so funny!! I liked him. Then he would leave the apartment the same way that he came in - though the window, after saying: "I guess I'll go back out the same way that I came in.". :lol:

Here he is (below with Martin).

His name is Reginald Ballard.

He's even got is own website, called, what else?, The Fifth Floor, named after the floor number he stayed on in the show.

He would say something like; "I live on the "5th flo". Guess I'll go back up the faaaa-scape (fire escape).

He does stand-up comedy now. :)
