I just caught a Christmas episode, and thought the cast at that time Louie and Angie as landlords, Mr. Jarvis as the uptight neighbor was good casting.

Interesting that Jarvis later takes over the landlord position.

Those were worthwhile episodes, but as far as sitcom work my favorite Kaye Ballard effort has to be The Mothers In Law. She was quite a talent. Anyway, it's always fun to have an irascible neighbor and/or landlord like Jarvis in the building.

This is the first I've seen of Kaye Ballard in decades, always kind of liked her.
