I don't think at this point they could legally say anyone is until they do their investigation, although he seems to be the main suspect if their is one. TMZ posted the statements of all involved in trying to get this reopened, and Dennis Darven sure points the finger at RW. I never believed the story of her accidently falling in. I think she had help. They moved the "48 Hours Mystery" with the Natalie Wood segment from next Saturday to tomorrow night.

I read that actor Christopher Walken, who was on the yacht the night Natalie drowned, has hired a lawyer in preparation. There was always something suspicious about the way Natalie drowned, but why did it take almost thirty years before the investigation was re-opened?
