I got some insoles for my bad feet in April. I paid full price. I was told that insurance was going to reimburse me most of the money. It was Novemember 10th when I finally called my insurance to ask why I haven't receieved any money back. they told me that the reimbursed the doctor my money, all the way back in April!. the doctor never gave me a call to say you can pick up your money! I had to call the fucing insurance company to ask where my reimbursement money was! I think that's fruad to not call your patient to get his money. Now I have to wait until at least Monday since today is a holiday.

Two of my worst enemies, The AMA and the insurance company.

Hmmm, that is weird. Definitely something you might want to look into more. If it is fraud, you should do something about it, but just be sure before jumping to conclusiions.

what kind of insurance are you on?. I never heard of insurance paying the doctor and the doctor paying you. How are your feet now?

United Healthcare is my insurance provider. My feet really only hurt when I'm not wearing the insoles. With the insoles on, i walk much better. :) But, my healthcare insurance told me I should ask the doctor for my money, since I was suppossed to have the money in my hands already for months now.
