Well I wouldn't go so far as to say she dressed to the nines, but I always thought she looked nice. She wore colorful but becoming outfits, and, I always thought she was a handsome lady...so if I have to pick..I'd say fashionista

(although I don't think the character was super obsessed with clothing - unless it was missing a Union labor seal or had Jane Fonda's (GAG!) seal of approval.)

She dressed in polyester 1970's fashion, & she looked darn good! You have to remember that this was the style of the day, pantsuits & long flowing housecoats were standard 70's housewife apparel. She was a liberal feminist as well, and so her outfits had to reflect that, but she was also stylish.

I say fashionista. The woman had it going on. It showed through her attitude and through her wardrobe. It was like she could take something and make it look good on her. Add her strut, gestures with hands and face, you have something good there.
