I have a copy of that film on VHS. Definitely so bad it's good.

Some of the supporting actors are good, such as Robert Loggia, Susan Blakely, and Rick Zumwalt. But that kid who played Mike, David Mendenhall, is awful. But then again, that's part of the film's charm.

The best moments of the film are the scenes where the arm wrestlers are interviewed, especially when Sly Stallone talks about his strategy of turning his hat backwards.

There's also a great soundtrack as well, composed by Giorgio Moroder, and featuring Robin Zander (Cheap Trick), Frank Stallone (Sly Stallone's brother), Kenny Loggins, and Sammy Haggar, among others.

BTW, this movie is just one of two Stallone movies to be filmed in Las Vegas (Rocky Balboa being the other)

Finally, there's a huge error in this film: The MC of the Arm Wrestling Tournament says that you have to lose twice to be out of the competition, yet Bull Hurley is automatically out upon losing once. They also keep changing Stallone's last name. First it's Hawk, then Hawks, pick one and stick with it!
