I am not sure if he is a popular character or not, but I for one am not a fan. I think they are trying a little too hard to make him a black version of Stewie Griffin.

stewie = started out evil genius who hates his mom, slowly turned into a blatant homosexual

rallo = a 5 year old who acts like a 21 year old, not an evil genius and not gay


honestly, the new family guys are still funny but the fact they just try to make Stewie do gay stuff all the time gets old quick.

It's just my opinion, I just don't like Rallo as a character.
