The time- 11:00 pm- Jinny Exstead had just received a word from her family and closest friends that she was an alocoholic. She coudlnt believe the things that they had said to her. But more so... she couldn’t believe the things that she had told them.
“It was none of their business. Why did I make them think they were right.” She asked herself as she walked into her apartment. She threw her keys to the ground and removed her black hoodie from her thin body. She walked over to her wickered desk and grabbed a 40 ounce bottle of hard liquor. She opened it and poured a small shot into a glass. She quickly drank the shot then looked at the bottle. She made a disgusted face and then threw the remains of the 40 ounce across her room. She insanley started to throw everything that was around her to the floor. All at once this scene seemed to familiar as she grabbed her head and fell to the floor.
“What is wrong with me!!! God what is wrong.” She cried as she closed her eyes.
All at once she was back to when she was 14. The last time she saw her mother alive.
“Jinny girl. I want to tell you something. I have always been very proud of you. You are very bright and I know that one day you will amount to something wonderful. Don’t ever let ANYTHING stand in your way. You promise me this?” Her mother had said.
“yea yea mom I promise. But I gotta get to school. Bye.” Jinny remembered saying as she turned to head out the door.

“Why didn’t I talk to her? All of this is my fault regardless of what dad says. If I had listened... if I had been a little better!” she cried. Again she closed her eyes.
This time. She saw a casket. A closed one. At the time Jinny didn’t understand why the casket had to be closed. But she remembers envisioning her mother, not even in the casket...but alive and well. She never wanted to believe that her mom would do something so horrible. Why had she murdered herself and left no goodbye?

As jinny lifted her aching head from the ground, the first thing that came clearly into view was her phone. On the side of the phone was a small note. It read:

Jinny,
I was here looking for bottles as you obviously have found out. Please call A.A jinny. Get some help. Don’t murder yourself like your mother did.
Magda

Jinnys eyes grew wide with tears. She couldn’t tell whether or not she should be angry or sad. She reached for the phone, and closed her eyes.
“am I ready to do this?” she asked herself as she picked up the reciever.

Well that’s it. Let me know if I should write more... C ya--jo
