It really could be any game show from the 70's. A contestant losses a game show and the host would say something like, "Sorry about the loss, but we have some nice parting gifts for you."
I always use to wonder what the contestants got? LOL

I loved how he sent losing contestants off. "It's off to the land of parting gifts!"
