Camille Grammer: Kelsey Was Cruel, Showed No Remorse

Camille Grammer's marriage to TV star Kelsey Grammer imploded in front of a reality TV crew, it was captured for millions to see on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills".

The reality star seemed to take everything in stride, but now she's speaking out about what went wrong and how things ended with Kelsey.



In an interview with TV Guide Magazine, Camille said Kelsey showed no remorse about the end of their marriage.

"Kelsey became a different person than the one I was married to. I said, 'We've been together 14 years. How can you just throw us away?' And he said, 'Fourteen? Oh, that's just a number.'

I said, 'What about our kids?' and he said 'They'll get over it.' He was very cruel. He even said, 'I feel no remorse.'"


According to The Huffington Post, Kelsey is seeking to put a gag order on Camille, preventing her from letting their kids to speak with the paparazzi.







During the first season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", Kelsey went to New York to star in La Cage Aux Folles. Camille said she knew something was up when the phone calls stopped.

"He used to call throughout the day just to check on me -- so it was kind of odd when I started getting texts saying, 'Oh, I'm too tired. I'm going to bed.'"

Their divorce was finalized Feb. 10, 2011.
Kelsey married his mistress/girlfriend Kayte Walsh 15 days later.

I always thought that Camille was so beautiful and that they made a great couple.

Whenever I hear about stuff like this I always wonder how much of it is true. It takes two to make a marriage work or not work, and I'm sure that it wasn't just him. And I can't imagine him just dismissing the marriage like that. But people do change, so....

I don't know what to make of it, either - but I think she is one scary woman. All that venom - yikes!!!! :seeya:

According to Kelsey Grammer, his ex-wife Camille Grammer may have had the wrong impression when she married him. Why? Because he's not, in fact, the titular character from Frasier.

On "Piers Morgan Tonight", Kelsey said that distinction was at the heart of the couple's marital issues.



"I think she married me because I was Frasier. I think it was Frasier. You know, he had this great wonderful life. ... He was stylish ... and fabulous, you know, just a little gay ... and he was famous.

Kelsey Grammer was a different story. You got home and Kelsey Grammer was somebody different."







Last year, the couple went through a very public separation. Divorce papers were filed in a Los Angeles court on Feb. 10 although "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star had previously asked the judge to deny Kelsey's request to dissolve the couple's marriage.

On the bright side, Kelsey is now happily married to Kayte Walsh, whom he wed in February. "It was like all the planets had danced together into a segregated charm on our behalf," he said of falling in love with her.

I agree with Pat. It takes two people to make a marriage work and it takes two people to mess it up. I'm sure there's enough blame to go around.

It seems like they can throw blame around and accuse each other of different things. I think the bottom line is that the children are the ones who really suffer and that's a shame. Two young children who have celebrities as parents and all the 'dirty laundry' is aired for millions to see and read. That must be hard.
