After departing the ABC drama NYPD Blue only four episodes into season 2 for movie stardom, Caruso never quite "made it" as a movie star. His movies Kiss of Death & Jade were box office poison. He made a few more flicks that went straight to DVD and then returned to TV in the failed drama "Michael Hayes."
