The CW is pulling its celebrity encounter reality show H8R from Wednesday nights.

After the series dipped down to 1.1 million viewers and a 0.4 in the adult demo, CW executives yanked the show. On the series, stars would confront people that passionately disliked them, often with pretty awkward results. Repeats of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Ringer will get some additional sampling by airing in the slot instead.

Good! It was just another show that gave the most obnoxious reality stars more exposure.

gee, who would have thought that making a show centered around quasi-non-celebrities that everyone hate, try to make them look good and redeem themselves one person at a time wouldn't be something that anyone would want to watch?
