I have many of them that I think better fit the show.

Season 9: The Mother Load (Parts 1 & 2)
Where Daphne's mother and Simon come to visit and stay with Niles. Simon then stays with Frasier. This is an interruption of Niles and Daphne's plans to move Daphne into Nile's place: The Montana.
I would have called it: Moons Cast In The Montana

Do you have any?

Season 6: First, Do No Harm
This is the episode where Frasier dates Duke's niece who has strange reoccuring dreams. She seeks theropy, but can't afford it. Frasier begins to question if she is dating him for free theropy or not.
I would have called it: Head Games

Season 5: Party, Party
This is the episode where Frasier is trying to date a woman, but is consistantly late. On his last ditch effort to court this woman, he can not meet with her because his family threw him a surprise birthday party.
I would have called it: Inconsiderate Dating

Season 5: The Ski Lodge
This is where Daphne, Daphne's friend the underwear model, Niles, Frasier, Martin and Gee (the ski instructor) stay at the ski lodge and it is an octogon of who's interested in who. Everyone is interested in someone, but no one returns any interest.
I would have called this one: Musical Chairs of Admirers

Season 5: The Maris Counselor
Where Niles discovers that Maris is having an affair with their marriage counselor.
I would have called it: A Maris To An End

AND

Season 5: The 1000th Show
This is the one where Frasier gets honored with a Frasier Crane Day.
I would have simply called it: Frasier Crane Day

Season 10: Lilith Needs a Favor

This is the one where Lilith returns to Seattle to ask Frasier to be her sperm doner.

I would have called this one...

Those are awesome! They came up with some pretty good titles, though. My favorite title is "Frasier has Spokane". I was ROFL after I saw the episode for the first time because I couldn't figure out where they had come up with something like that!
