I think it would be great if they came out with a millenium version of Different Strokes - but they could still base it from the 1970's and 80's. I do not know who they could cast as the kids, but I know who would make a great Mr. Drummond. Has anyone seen the 1987 movie - "The Stepfather?" The stepfather - Terry O'quinn- is a brilliant actor and I feel he would play the part of Mr. Drummond very well. Let's face it. Besides ER, Ed, Smallville, and Everybody Loves Raymond, the majority of TV sitcoms suck today. Why not have a re-birth of a classic.

I can't imagine having DS without Gary Coleman. I think he was the funniest part of the show, and I think it would be difficult to find a kid who could duplicate that humor.

It would make a great movie . I'm not sure if it would last as a series though. Maybe one day they will make a new Diff'rent Strokes movie. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
