we all know sam had LOTS AND LOTS of girlfriends,but does anyone know how many he had when the show ended or began,did it ever say how how many girlfriends that he had.

I think I recall hearing him say at one point of the show's run that he had over 1,000 woman, but I don't remember what episode he said that in. But, that gives you an idea.:eek2:

In "Power Play" Sam told Diane that he'd been with 400 women, so he must have been really busy during the periods of the show when he wasn't with Diane.

Does anyone remember exactly what episode it was when Sam said he'd been with 1,000 women? I remember seeing it somewhere, but I very stupidly left most of my tapes at home over winter break...*sigh*

Yeah, Diane was grilling him about it once and started to estimate and say "Four hun-", but Diane gasped and he said "Four hunnies! Four hunnies!" LOL.

And the one you're trying to think of is when he's trying to get Rebecca to go to sleep and goes to warm up milk to make her drowsy. Cliff laughs at the idea, to which Sam says, "Excuse me, Cliff, but have you slept with over a thousand women?"

Cliff then insisted Woody put a low flame under the milk, hehe.
