I have a couple Mysteries
1. What ever happened to Kelly?
2. What about Ben the handyman that Blair meant down in Florida he was supposed to come back for Blair like two years after that Florida trip?
3. What about this mysterious Grandpa that came to Jo's College graduation I thought that a couple episodes before that one Jo said that she didn't have any living Grandparents?
4. What ever happened to Raymonds wife, in the ep Joint Custody they were having marrige problems but they worked it out but she was never mentioned or shown in the reunion?

How come in the pilot the school was Eastlake and then it became Eastland?!

They changed it because it was too similar to the school that they got ideas from for the show. That school was called Westlake.

That's an easy one to answer.

Season 1 took place in an actual dorm, so that is what the dorms looked like. Season 2-4 took place in the cafeteria/living room. That is why they look so different.

Thats not true. In the ep where Beverly Ann suggests they close the shop to make Andy and Pippa's bedrooms, Natalie says something like, We have to ask Mrs. Garrett and Beverly Ann goes to call her. Thats the one where Beverly Ann says something like, Lets see, it's tomorrow in Africa, so if I wanted to talk to Edna today I should have called her yesterday. It went something like that. lol

The house had a garage? I could never figure out the layout of that house. It's always confused the heck out of me. I can't really figure out Eastland's layout completely either. I wish someone would make the blueprints for them. I have a book with fantasy blueprints of sitcom family's houses, but FOL isn't in there. :(

Oh i know. I always used to think that the stairs to go to their room was like by the lounge and not ova by the kitchen.

OMG I could never figure out the house or Eastland. It was all so confusing.

Can ANYONE here explain the house or Eastland??? The house really confuses me, especially with those stairs. How many bedrooms were in that house? Where did the stairs from the kitchen in the later seasons come from? Also, where did that little hallway next to the swinging doors in the kitchen at Eastland go to? This is so confusing.

Near as I can tell, the bottom of the house was divided into 3 rooms. The living/dining area, the store, and the kitchen.

Would you really? That'd be so cool! What about after they closed the store and just had the regular kitchen? I couldn't understand that either. Also, which door was the front door? The store one or the one in the living room? Where was the street? Did they have a driveway and garage? Was there a lawn? Argh. So many unanswered question! LOL

I thought geri' last name was always tyler, being on blair's mom's side of the family...............

after season one the girls did not live in the same dorm anymore. They wound up living over the kitchen. So in a sence the living room did not really change. They just got rid of that set all together.

She said she had no idea, but that she liked my drawings of them. They were VERY rough drawings. I'm trying to fix them up so that I can post it here so people can understand them.

well they did have a separate kitchen when mrs.g had edna's edibles and over our heads. after edna's edibles they changed it to over our heads...but still had the kitchen. there were 2 different kitchens..one was eastlands and one was from the house they all lived in. anyway i guess since they didn't show the kitchen much we dunno...lol..:D

Thanks for asking her! I appreciate it. That would be SO cool to see your idea of the layout of the house. Thanks for doing it. :) Maybe we could write to the author of the book about TV homes' blueprints to get his idea. I can't think of any other people who'd know for sure especially if the cast members don't even know, and they lived there! LOL :D
