I posted this in another thread but it didn't get much attention, so I'm posting here because I really want an opinion.

Now I can really see why they decided to cast DHP as Frasier's brother, the resemblance is uncanny! A young Kelsey looks just like DHP and they could really be brothers. It's amazing really. I think that is what made it so believable, that and the chemistry between Kelsey and DHP. I just can't believe it.:eek:

There is definitely a resemblance there that is uncanny for two guys who aren't related in real life. And you're right about the chemistry these two guys have. Some of the best scenes on Frasier are scenes with just these two guys!

I've noticed that before! Cheers comes on really late here (like 3am) and one night I couldn't sleep, so I had it on in the bedroom. I left for a minute to go downstairs and came back in. I had been watching a really old Cheers episode (pre-Lilith, I think) and the minute I walked in the room there was a shot of Frasier sitting at the bar. I literally had to do a double take because for a split second I thought it was Niles. They really do look a lot alike and they were brilliant as brothers. If I didn't know any better I'd swear that they were related in real life!
