Just an idea a friend gave me. Ask your close friends to donate a token amount (or more! if they're up for it) to Kickstarter for the show - like $1 or $2. Most close friends would do that as a favor. And if they're super supportive ask them to ask a friend. With luck this could spiral exponentially and be a nice source of funds for the project. (Keeping my fingers crossed!)
