So, when does Season 5 come out....or will there be a Season 5?

MPI is having a massive Honeymooners release come out in a couple of weeks. I think they may have been putting all efforts into that one.

Since Season 5 of TLS comes out in December, and it seems like the seasons of HL and TLS are released pretty close to one another, I wouldn't be surprised if some kind of announcement comes soon.

I preordered the Honeymooners set, so when it arrives if, by chance, there is anything about a season 5 release or the next Lucille Ball Specials disc, I will post it here :)

From the very beginning MPI made a commitment to release all six seasons of Here's Lucy on DVD. So there will be a a season 5 release and a season 6 release. It's only a matter of "when" not "if"! In fact I suspect that it's part of their agreement with Lucy's children (who have worked closely with MPI on these releases) that they must release the entire series.

MPI has several things on their plate. They seem to concentrate on one series at a time. Now that The Honeymooners box set is complete, maybe they'll soon be more news on Here's Lucy, The Donna Reed Show and My Favorite Martian.
