Warner Bros.Cartoons featuring daydreaming young boy Ralph Phillips,1953's (I think)"From A to Z-zzzzz",(a Looney Tunes release),and 1956's "Boyhood Daze"(a Merrie Melodies release with the mid-1950's-early 1960's jazzy music closing)? These were good ones, and it's too bad they didn't do any more of these "Ralph Phillips"cartoons.

...were released in 1954 and 1957, respectively. Chuck Jones probably couldn't think of any more ideas for "Ralph Phillips" after the second one- or, perhaps, producer Edward Selzer probably advised him not to produce any more because they "weren't funny". That, coming from the man who, early in his tenure as "producer", walked into a story conference of animators and writers laughing their heads off, and demanding, "What the hell has all this laughter got to do with the making of cartoons?".
