I always need to push out a few shows with so many fall shows and I'm thinking the casualties this year might be Harry's Law, Body of Proof (which I only watched sometimes anyway), and maybe Mike & Molly though I can usually handle half hours. Lucky for me some of my favorites from last season were cancelled (Detroit 1-8-7, The Event, Chase)

I like how you promote your blog every chance you get on this website and mention other ratings sources when the question was about the ratings on this site. I don't mind it, but don't take jabs.

I'm giving up on the following series:

CSI: Miami
Body of Proof
Raising Hope
Harry's Law

I also plan not to watch any of the new series unless something catches my eye. As of now, I've only seen 2 Broke Girls, and plan on seeing Suburgatory, Whitney, Teenage Daughter, and maybe Terra Nova.

I'm giving up on the following series:
Raising HopeThat's too bad. Raising Hope was really good this week and I think it will be even better than the first season.

Where did I take a jab? I was just giving them a place to go if they wanted the ratings the next day. It's not a slam on this site.

I'm not giving anything up, but HOUSE might pile up on my DVR for weeks at a time! After this season, I won't have CHUCK (tear, tear) and I probably won't have HOUSE or RULES OF ENGAGEMENT around anymore, so things will begin to clear out, and that will make room for the new! This year, I've started watching 2 Broke Girls (surprisingly loved it) and New Girl (we'll see how much I can take though... I feel like it'll be the same every episode).

I don't watch many current shows but this may be the year I dump Family Guy for good. The characters, never that sympathetic in the best of times, have gotten so bad that I almost actively root against them, and the gross out stuff has gotten so that it's "gross for gross' sake".

I did appreciate the more streamlined plots this past year, but I think that this is one horse that might need to be put out to pasture.
