This thread is a commemoration of the number of views of my thread called "My Body Guard". That thread now has twenty-nice views and zero replies. It has been thirty years since "Gimme a Break!" made its debut. However, it was not until later in the first season that I started watching or even knew that it was on. At the point in the first season that I became a fan, we were already in 1982. That is the number of years ago that my "My Body Guard" thread has views! In any event, some of you old-timers might remember me mentioning the fact that the first episode that I saw was the "Emergency". However, I am mentioning it again just in case there are any newcomers with us. It was Nell's interactions with the busy body on the pay phone that made me fall in love with this series!
