When Lars was messing around with Sue Ann Phyllis nearly wanted to ripped Sue Ann's face off. In the episode where Phyllis was seeing a man on platonic basis but was more attracted to Mary. They did it without getting in your face about it.

Yeah, the writers did an excellent job of walking that tightrope about what is considered risque and possibly overly sexual content. They never really crossed that line.

You couldn't see Phyllis in the spinoff Phyllis being like that,well one,Lars was dead but the free thinking intellectual Phyllis didn't transfer over to the spinoff but I still enjoyed it.
