View Full Version : What episodes do you have on DVD? LucyFan 01-12-2002, 06:36 AM What episodes of "The Lucy Show" do you have on DVD? Any good ones? LucyFan 01-12-2002, 06:41 AM I have a lot of episodes of "The Lucy Show" on DVD thanks to Christmas. I have these episodes: "Lucy and George Burns", "Lucy the Bean Queen", "Lucy Gets a Roommate" (one of my favs), "Lucy and Carol In Palm Springs", "Lucy and Paul Witchell", "Lucy and John Wayne", "Lucy Goes to London", "Lucy the Babysitter", "Lucy Meets the Law", "Lucy the Fight Manager", "Lucy Gets Trapped", "Little Old Lucy", "Lucy Meets the Berles", "Lucy Gets Jack Benny's Account" and "Lucy and Robert Goulet". So that's 15 episodes. Woohoo! Josh9125 01-12-2002, 06:42 AM I have 4 on DVD but a LOT on VHS. But the ones on DVD are: Lucy The Baby Sitter, Lucy Gets Trapped, Lucy Gets Jack Benny's Account, & Little Old Lad. :) Josh9125 01-12-2002, 06:44 AM Originally posted by Josh9125 I have 4 on DVD but a LOT on VHS. LOL!!! :D  Barnabas1 12-01-2002, 11:24 AM How do you get all those titles? I've just started taping them. I just taped "Lucy The Bean Queen".:D Brian 12-01-2002, 03:48 PM Are the DVD's good quality? A lot of people say that the quality sucks on the DVD's. LucyFan 12-01-2002, 11:09 PM Originally posted by Silver Daze I actually bought most of those episodes on VHS. Do you have Lucy Flies or Goes to London? Because I read there are 2 episodes, kind of a 2 parter. She flies to London and causes a mess on the plane and then it concludes with her in London. Is this true LucyFan? I don't have neither one on store-bought VHS but I do have "Lucy Goes to London", #120 on DVD. I don't think "the 2nd parter" is out on nither VHS or DVD. LucyFan 12-01-2002, 11:53 PM Originally posted by Silver Daze Actually I think you have Lucy Flies To London not Goes To London. The episode title on the video/DVD you bought, what does it say? Because I bought a Lucy VHS pack and it had Lucy Flies To London where she makes a mess on the plane. A new DVD of The Lucy Show is coming out with 2 episodes "Lucy & The French Movie Star" and "Lucy Goes To London" to be release December 3rd according to Amazon.com I don't go by the episode titles that are on DVD/video packs. I use the source which are the episode guides and according to the source the episode is called "Lucy Goes to London" not the special. "Lucy in London" is the special in which I don't have it. But I will be looking forward to it when it comes out on DVD. I sure wish that special was included in The Lucy Show syndication package. If is was the series would have a total of 157 episodes instead 156. LucyFan 08-21-2003, 03:25 AM I actually have two more The Lucy Show episodes on DVD: "Lucy Installs a Shower" (#18) and "Lucy's Barbershop Quartet" (#20).
