She played Mrs. Keller, Helen Keller's (Patty Duke) mother in the 1962 film The Miracle Worker.

It's interesting to see pictures of Inga as a character other than Gretchen Kraus. And I'd forgotten she was in "The Miracle Worker"!

I once saw her in an episode of Bonanza in which she played the mother of Hoss. She looked very similar as she looked in The Miracle Worker but spoke with a Swedish accent! She had a knack for playing ethnic characters!

She also played Ben Cartwright's wife and the mother of Hoss.
