I just watched the episode I'm Dancing As Fast As I Can. Some random thoughts if anyone wants to comment.
- I don't consider a Chippendale performance to be family fare. Does anyone remember the reaction to this episode when it played back in '83?
- Natalie and Tootie are such adorable little munchkins in this episode, even more than usual.
- The Jo character seems to suffer from the most inconsistent writing. She refuses to butt in to anyone's business, but she butts in here. (Or is it that she only butts in to Blair's business? cf Star at Langley) She refuses to take money, then she takes money. She plays the piano like a pro without ever practicing for YEARS!
- I think LW is a terrific comic actress but only a so-so dramatic actress. Nevertheless, she turns in an excellent performance in this episode, maybe even better than Less Than Perfect.
