This season of Happy Days became the #1 show on Primetime Television in the Nielsen Ratings

The 1st Episode of the 4th Season of Happy Days was entitled "Fonzie Loves Pinky" which features Special Guest Star Roz Kelly and the Final Episode of the 4th Season was entitled "Fonzie's Baptism"

There was also an episode celebrating the show's 3rd Anniversary and who could ever forget the episode from the 4th Season entitled The Graduation w/Special Guest Star Dick Van Patten from TV's Eight is Enough and the short lived CBS Series WIOU

and also, The 1st episode of the 4th Season marks the 1st appearance of Al Molinaro as Al who takes over from Arnold as the owner of Arnold's Drive-In

and there was even a Special Guest Appearance by Charlene Tilton best known as Naughty Girl Lucy Ewing on Dallas
