I might have spelled that wrong. Does anyone have any idea what this word means? Stanley (Grandpa) Kanisky used it several times during season two and maybe season one as well. I didn't really like the transformation of the Grandpa character after season two. He was a lot funnier when he couldn't hear well and he walked around saying stuff like, "Shizatski!"

You know, I think it was a made up word that wasn't even Polish. I tried to find it on Polish Dictionary. I typed in lots of words it could mean. None of them from English translated to a word sounding like that.

I pronounced it Shazzasky. I used that as my last you tube channel name.

The word can mean "Damn!" but also a more vulgar word beginning with S.

The show changed in season 3. New theme, Joey, Addy, no more Ed/Maxine/Grandma. Simpson now officially there as a cast member. Sam making the transition to a lady from a tomboy...she was halfway past tomboy this season because she had stopped doing the boyish things she did the first two seasons. Her hair was slowly growing out, so that's where the half tomboyish stayed in. Her outfits were unique this season...pretty much plain, sometimes with bows, skirts, sweaters. The first 2 seasons she was more boyish with smaller clothes. Season 4 and on her wardrobe changed to more teenager.

Season 6 wasn't very good but I did like some of the seasons 3, 4 and 5 changes.

I liked:
the new theme song
Simpson beoming a regular
the addition of Joey
the disappearance of Maxine
the changes in Sam's appearance
the changes in Sam's personality
the passing of grandma (I hope that doesn't sound cruel or morbid but I don't really think that she added anything to the show).

I disliked:
the passing of the chief
the changes in grandpa's personality
the changes in Katie's appearance
the disappearance of Ed
the addition of Jonathan
the addition of Addy (I wish they would've made Angie a regular instead).
