SOCCER (Make them tackle the guy with the ball)

BASEBALL (Any player not standing on the infield,can throw the ball at the runner to get him out)

TENNIS (Strengthen the rackets with thick rubberbands and replace the tennis ball with a golfball, of course the players will need to wear helmets)

BASKETBALL (Make them wear skates)

HOCKEY (Do away with the Icing and offside rules)

FOOTBALL (Just play the game the way they did 40 years ago)

I don't exactly what you mean when you say about soccer "tackle the guy with the ball"? That is what happens in soccer. I think in tennis, they'd need a heck of a lot more than just helmets.

But instead of doing away with icing, why not put a shot clock in hockey lol You either take a shot on goal within "x" number of seconds, or you lose possession of the puck. My understanding is that the icing rule was put in partly to curtail the stalling tactics that inferior teams would employ. So heck, but a shot clock in there!

First hockey complains about icing tactics delaying the game, so what do they do? Stop the clock and delay the game with a face off if someone ices the puck. Crazy

Make Mike Ditka the coach of every single team in every single sport. That should shake things up!!! :eek: :crazy: :lol:

Why don't they air some of these games on tv ?
If I owned a station,I would televise some kids games.
They used to show pee wee football games on tv on saturday
mornings where I live,those were fun to watch.
They reminded me of The bad news bears movie.

I played dodgeball and kickball but totally sucked at both - including every other sport I attempted. :lol:

I think these games would grow old real fast if they were televised....especially compared to the sports that we do watch.


Still, if hot dog eating and poker are sports, then those games sure as hell are. I don't know why ESPN wouldn't at least try a couple of them.

The one I go to charges $4.50 per game during weekdays.
$6.50 per game on the weekends which is their most busiest days.
Cosmic bowling is $7.50 per game.
Shoe rentals are $4.25


I have my own bowling ball and bowling shoes.
League bowlers pay their own separate fees depending on what the league is and when it is held.

Prices sure went up.
If I ever go bowling again,I will avoid rolling for strikes,that way I get to throw 2 balls per frame instead of one. More bowling for my money that way.

Played dodgeball, kickball and indian ball (hardball!!). I doubt seriously that kids know what any of these are anymore, or any "made up" type games.

Holy cow!! :eek: :eek: :eek: How much does laser tag cost out there???

The laser tag places around here really cater towards large groups of people, like for birthdays or corporate events, so they are mostly run by group rates.

So it can be like $29.00 per player between 24-36 people or $20.00 per player between 40-60 people. Usually for a private event you rent out a lounge room and laser tag room for however long you agree upon.

This is for "the real laser tag equipement" with the special effects of the arena and all of that - not those cheap NERF gun like stuff for kiddie events.

SOCCER - Make it so the ball has to stay ON THE GROUND (Flying in the air would be a penalty) -- Def would make it harder!!

GOLF - Put fake holes on the green so your not sure which is the real one :D
