anyone got any news on whether HD is going to be released on DVD

No news on that, VHS would be great even - any format they can release it on..

Why hasn't HD ever been on video? Like you say it would be cool. the shows could be seen in their entirety, & not missing parts because of commercials. Why isn't Paramount willing t o do this? Is it a money issue?

I don't know why they haven't released it on video, because they released Laverne and Shirley on video.

Columbia House seems like an obvious choice but they only released L&S 10 tapes (1 of which was 'Friends from Happy Days' which had 4 L&S episodes with the HD cast members in them including the 2 part Shotgun Wedding episode).
