cancel my MSNTV subscription 10 mins ago since I was experiecing so many problems in the last 3 days. The slow speed and inability to access youtube and facebook was just not worth $21.95 a month.
So it's over, 9 year run of MSN TV Fun. Wiping tears now, lol

You should put the receiver and accessories on eBay and get some of your money back.

MSNTV2 units are in high demand on eBay. If you have everything that originally came with it, you can probably get at least $125 or more for it. I sold mine for $140 a few months ago but I included free shipping in the deal.

well I decided to put it in the closet and keep it around just in case I experience a issue like my latop dying out of nowhere and can't access the web at all.
so it will be put up and used a emergency internet back up option

That's a good idea, If you ever decide to renew your subscription, be sure to ask about the $9.95 unlimited plan. If you already have high speed internet from another company, MSN will lower your cost from $21.95 to $9.95.

If you have high speed through another company and have also been paying MSN $21.95 per month, you might be entitled to a refund. All you have to do is let them know when you first got high speed and see what they'll do. You might have to send them some sort of proof and they may try to offer you a credit if you renew your subscription but it wouldn't hurt to find out.

I meant that you might be entitled to a refund for all the previous months you've had high speed and have been paying $21.95.
