#1. If the man were polishing the car as stated, a 4-year-old boy wouldn't have had time to write "Love You Dad" or anything else before getting caught.

#2. In order to allegedly beat the child's hand with a wrench, he would have to thrown down the polishing cloth, grab the wrench with one hand and hold the child's arm with the other so not realizing that he was using a wrench doesn't hold water even if it was in a fit of anger.

#3. I'm certainly no medical expert but losing all his fingers due to multiple fractures seems a little far-fetched but I suppose it's possible.
