Oh, I thought you meant "Two flew over the cuckoo's nest" :) It's the episode where Jack and Janet think Terry is dating a mental patient when he's actually a doctor. Jeffrey Tambor is unbelievably good in this episode. There are so many to choose from so it's very tough. "One flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" with Jeffery Tambor as a mental patient is one of my top 2 or 3 all time favorites!
