Have you ever watched a TV show and had it interrupted by an EBS? I think I recall it happening to me a few times. Its scary for some reason when they happen late at night.

I remember a few times where I would be watching a TV show and there would be background voices (not from the show itself, but from another source). Or there would be these satellite noises or something.

All I remember that happening was during commercial breaks in local programming (re-runs, etc).

Now, this EAS screeching in while something is going on, which can happen anytime - Well, like the other ways TV is going downhill nowadays, we can add this to the list.
