I've gotten one (not from this user) but a similar one. I think they're the newer method of spamming and scamming forums. Not a spambot, but someone actually at the other end, but still spam nonetheless. It's not just on these forums either.

Thank you SOOOO much for bringing this to light. This girl (or person, or whoever she/he may be) actually tried to hit on me, and though I'm admittedly single, I was still really put off by the fact that this person seemed to think I was "the one," even though she knows next to nothing about me (or even what I look like), and I was really debating whether or not I should e-mail her like she wanted, but I'm so glad now that I didn't. And if you are reading this, Kofi123, no, I will not go out with you.
