I wish to apologize to everyone in the planet for BORING them to death with the accounts of my adventures in 1987 going to SoCal
and meeting Lisa for the first time. I had hoped that people would have been able to get some of the excitement that I had felt when I had first met her, and that the long drawn out account
was actually a sort of set up for the blast of emotions that I felt one Saturday afternoon at the end of August in '87. I do feel priveleged perhaps more than most on this site to have met her on many occasions after that, but I may have to save that for another time. My purpose in writing this little saga was based on some people's request to tell MORE about what it was like to see the Facts tapings, so I decided to give them a fuller story. I had to break it up into installments because I only had a certain amount of time alloted on a library computer. It was hard to stick to just the "good parts", and I tried to build up some suspense and detail what I was feeling, and that things not seemingly related to meeting her DID IN FACT have some bearing on my meeting her. I'm sorry I got too involved in this story, I have to remember, like Bevis and Butthead said, "Huh-huh, if we wanted to read, we'd go to school..." But if anyone wants to hear more, let me know--BECAUSE I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN TO THE GOOD PARTS YET!!!
