Have you ever called a company and when connected to a representative had them fall asleep while you're on the phone?

I called Comcast since my Internet conection is intermittent. The lady who answered sounded tired. After a minute she was no longer awake. I know it's late, but still, I didn't expect the person to fall asleep. I called back and got someone else.

I think it is terrible how poor service is these days. Everything seems to be" do it yourself" Doctors, You go in to the office armed with information that years ago the doctor would have. I feel sad for life these days. But I guess you just have to go along. I do get frustrated.

Nope...but TWC didn't give me service for a month, but they had the nerve to bill me for it!:mad:
