When Jack and the girls are in the beagle waiting for the secret admirer to come in, this guy comes in and janet says-"wow does he work at her office Chrissy? And chrissy said-"No but I wish he did"

So if he didn't work at the office why did Chrissy go over and approach him and ask him-"Are you my admirer?

So was it a goof or was this the writer's way of showing how dumb chrissy really was?-LOL
