Charlie Sheen joins the cast this season as Charlie Howard, the new deputy mayor and right-hand man to Mayor Randall Winston, who expertly keeps his co-workers and City Hall under complete control while his personal life often spins completely out of control.

Filmed entirely in New York City, this popular (and often very hilarious) sitcom ran on ABC for six seasons.
